Who are you?
A-Z Warehouse Solutions is an online supplier of industrial and warehouse equipment: material handling, dock, lifting, storage, safety and ergonomic matting. More about us.
Where does my order ship from?
Directly from the manufacturer or its distributor. We don't keep a warehouse, so your equipment doesn't sit in a middleman's building first.
Is buying drop-ship safe?
Yes. You pay through our secure checkout and the manufacturer ships straight to you. You get tracking when it ships, and if something arrives damaged, we handle the claim with the manufacturer and carrier for you.
How much is shipping?
Parcel shipping is shown at checkout. LTL freight items ship at a flat rate of $199, $349, $549 or $649, based on item size and weight, also shown at checkout. That covers curbside delivery to a commercial dock in the lower 48 states.
Can I get liftgate or residential delivery?
Yes. Choose it at checkout: liftgate +$100, or residential delivery with liftgate +$150.
What needs a freight quote?
Oversize/flatbed items, special deliveries (inside delivery, appointments) and limited-access sites (such as schools, construction sites and military bases). We send a written delivered price before you pay for freight. Freight items are not available for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.
When will it arrive?
It depends on the product and the manufacturer's current lead time. We confirm the ship date before we accept your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
How do I check availability?
Availability is set by the manufacturer and changes. If you need it by a date, email us before ordering and we'll check.
I'm not sure which model I need.
Email sales@a-zws.com with what you're moving or storing, the weight, and your space. A real person will help you pick the right one before you buy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note it on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and tell us within 2 business days. Report hidden damage within 5 calendar days of delivery, and keep the packaging. See Returns.
Can I return something?
Many standard items can be returned with approval within 30 days; custom and used items can't. See Returns.
Do you ship outside the lower 48?
Freight items are not available for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international are by special quote only.
