Shipping

Here's how shipping works, in plain English, so you know the cost and the timing before you order. The full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Ships direct from the manufacturer
We don't keep a warehouse. Your order ships from the manufacturer (or its distributor) straight to your address. Orders with products from more than one manufacturer may arrive in separate shipments on different days.

Parcel vs. freight
Smaller items ship by parcel carrier. Large and heavy items ship by LTL freight on a pallet or crate. Some oversized items need a flatbed and are sold by freight quote.

Flat-rate LTL freight
LTL freight items ship at one of four flat rates — $199, $349, $549 or $649 — based on the item's size and weight. The rate is shown at checkout. It covers curbside delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock in the lower 48 states.

Where we ship
The contiguous 48 United States. Freight items are not available for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international deliveries are by special quote only.

Written quotes
Oversize/flatbed items, special deliveries (such as inside delivery or a delivery appointment) and limited-access sites (such as schools, construction sites and military bases) get a written quote, which you approve before paying for freight.

Lead times
Lead times vary by product, and many items are built or configured to order. Before we accept your order, we confirm the current ship date with the manufacturer. If it's later than expected, we tell you and you can accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
We send your tracking number (and PRO number for LTL freight) as soon as the manufacturer gives it to us.

Inspect before you sign
For freight deliveries, check every carton and pallet while the driver is there. Write any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before you sign, and take photos. Report it to sales@a-zws.com within 2 business days (hidden damage within 5 calendar days). See Returns.
