Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal information A-Z CREATIONS + CONSULTING LLC, doing business as A-Z Warehouse Solutions ("we," "us"), collects through a-zws.com, by email and phone, and when you buy from us; how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices you have. We sell mainly to businesses and organizations, but this policy covers anyone who visits the site or contacts us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, company or organization, job title, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, delivery details (dock hours, liftgate needed), order and quote details, PO numbers, tax-exemption or resale certificates, and anything you write to us.
- Payment information: card and payment details are entered on Shopify's checkout and handled by the payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the card type, last four digits, and whether payment was approved.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, Shopify and the tools listed in section 4 collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technology.
- Information from others: delivery status from carriers and manufacturers, and fraud-screening results from our payment processor.
2. How we use it
- To prepare quotes, process payments, place your order with the manufacturer, arrange delivery, and handle returns, freight claims, and warranty claims.
- To answer questions and send order, shipping, delay, and account messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records and meet legal obligations, including sales tax and exemption records.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To send marketing email only if you opted in (section 5).
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the business:
- Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout, and customer records. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors: Shopify Payments (with its payment partners), including any wallet options shown at checkout such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and our bank for ACH and wire payments . They process and screen payments.
- Manufacturers, distributors, and freight carriers, who receive your name, company, delivery address, phone, and delivery instructions so they can build, ship, and deliver your order and handle damage claims.
- MailerLite, our email marketing provider, for people who opted in to marketing email .
- Analytics providers listed in section 4.
- Professional advisers (accountant, attorney, insurer) when needed, and government authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
- A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising .
4. Cookies and analytics
- Shopify sets cookies that the store needs to work (for example, to keep your cart and complete checkout) and cookies that measure store performance.
- We use Shopify Analytics only. We don't currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools. If we add any, we'll update this policy first .
- Where the law requires consent, we ask for it before using non-essential cookies, through Shopify's cookie banner .
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
- Where the law requires it, we honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, as supported by Shopify's privacy settings .
5. Marketing email and text messages
- We send marketing email (product news, offers) only to people who opt in, for example by ticking a sign-up box or subscribing on our site. Buying from us or asking for a quote doesn't sign you up for marketing email unless you choose it.
- Our marketing emails are sent through MailerLite, which stores your email address, name, and sign-up details and tells us whether emails were opened or clicked. See MailerLite's privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Every marketing email includes our name, our postal mailing address, and an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing sales@a-zws.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and within 10 business days as the federal CAN-SPAM Act requires.
- Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about your orders, quotes, deliveries, and account.
- Text messages: we don't send marketing text messages. If we ever do, we'll ask for your express consent first and update this policy.
6. How long we keep information
We keep order, tax, and accounting records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, generally for 7 years after the order . We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, but we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again.
7. How we protect it
We use Shopify's secure checkout (Shopify states it is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant), limit access to people who need it, and use reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
8. Your privacy rights
- Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. Several states, including Indiana (since January 1, 2026), California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia, give residents some or all of these rights. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds.
- Whether or not a state law applies to us, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, and we will respond. Email sales@a-zws.com with the subject "Privacy request,". We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where state law allows.
- If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal." We won't treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
- We may keep some information when the law requires or allows it (for example, tax records, or to complete an order).
9. Children
Our site and products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on the site.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without limiting any privacy rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
